GreenH2CY at the “11th Cyprus Energy Symposium”

The 11th Cyprus Energy Symposium, held on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, attracted wide interest from experts and professionals in the energy sector. This year’s Energy Symposium entitled “A Time for Implementing Energy Projects” was organized by the Energy Institute of SE Europe (IENE) jointly with FMW Financial Media Way.

The four sessions of the 11th Cyprus Energy Symposium focused on the hydrocarbons exploitation and production, renewable energy sources and energy efficiency, electricity, and investments in the energy sector. Mr. Makis Ketonis in his presentation during the second session of this one-day Symposium which as devoted to “Renewable energy sources and energy efficiency” introduced the GreenH2CY project, the first project co-funded by the European Union to introduce green hydrogen in the Cypriot economy.
